TOP Plus silicone sealant
Introduction
TOP Plus silicone sealant (+TOP) by Ghaffari Adhesive is a one-part silicone sealant and adhesive based on acetoxy silicones (Acetoxy Silicone), which dries and cures in the presence of air moisture. With suitable adhesion, high strength and good flexibility, this product is designed for sealing and caulking all kinds of surfaces in building and household uses, and is supplied in colourless, white and black.

Directions for use
- Make the target surface completely clean, dry and free of any dust, grease or moisture.
- Cut the cartridge nozzle to suit the width of the joint and fit it into the application gun.
- Inject the silicone evenly into the joint or onto the point of connection.
- Before a skin forms, smooth and finish the joint surface with a spatula or a wet finger (observing safety precautions).
- Allow the product to cure fully in the presence of air moisture and, until it is completely dry, avoid applying stress or contact with water (where possible).
Warnings
- Use on clean, dry surfaces free of dust, grease and contamination.
- Work in a well-ventilated environment, because acetoxy silicones release a vinegar smell (acetic acid) while curing.
- Avoid contact with the eyes and skin and, in case of contact, wash the area with plenty of water.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- After each use, close the cap or nozzle of the product well to prevent the contents of the pack from drying out.
