Introduction
The two-part watertight coating consists of one powder component and one liquid component. The two are mixed in a specified ratio and, once applied, form a unified, continuous, seamless coating on the surface. The performance of this product results from its two components. The cementitious component creates a hard, dense structure that penetrates the pores of the concrete surface and blocks them; the liquid component forms a flexible layer within the cementitious structure and removes the brittleness of the cement, and this combination is what distinguishes it from other waterproofing products. Cementitious waterproofing cracks under shrinkage and minor movements of the structure, and pure polymer waterproofing has limited adhesion to damp substrates; this product, by contrast, is compatible with damp substrates and keeps its flexibility after it has dried completely.
