Introduction
Threadlocker TL77 is a permanent, high-strength threadlocker designed for securing, locking and permanently sealing bolts, screws, studs (double-ended threads) and sensitive metal threaded fittings.
By filling the empty space between the threads and creating a powerful joint, this product prevents assembled parts from loosening due to severe shock and industrial vibration, and thanks to its high viscosity it is also suitable for use on vertical surfaces.
The joints created by this adhesive are permanent, and opening them requires the application of heat followed by the use of tools. For best performance of this adhesive, contamination from industrial oils (such as engine oil, anti-rust oils and cutting fluids) must be thoroughly cleaned from the surfaces.

Directions for use
- If the bolt and thread are contaminated, clean them.
- Apply a suitable amount of adhesive to the bolt thread (not the whole bolt). For blind holes, also place a little adhesive inside the internal thread. There is no need to shake the bottle.
- Tighten the joint to the appropriate torque.
- Initial set is reached after about 20 to 30 minutes, functional strength within 1 to 3 hours, and final strength after 24 hours.
- To disassemble, heat the joint to about 250 degrees Celsius and open it with a suitable tool.
