Introduction
Threadlocker TL72 is a permanent, high-strength anaerobic locking adhesive designed for securing, locking and permanently sealing bolts and metal threaded fittings up to 25 mm in diameter in the absence of air. The thixotropic structure of this adhesive allows it to perform well, without running, in through-holes (Through-hole) in which the part has been tapped.
By creating a powerful joint, this adhesive prevents assembled parts from loosening due to severe shock and industrial vibration. For best performance of this adhesive, contamination from industrial oils (such as engine oil, anti-rust oils and cutting fluids) must be thoroughly cleaned from the surfaces.

Directions for use
- If the bolt and thread are contaminated, clean them.
- Apply a suitable amount of adhesive to the bolt thread (not the whole bolt). For blind holes, also place a little adhesive inside the internal thread. There is no need to shake the bottle.
- Tighten the joint to the appropriate torque.
- Initial set is reached after about 20 to 30 minutes, functional strength within 1 to 3 hours and final strength after 24 hours.
- To open the joint, heat it to about 250 degrees Celsius and open it with a suitable tool.

- Wear gloves and a mask when using.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Use in a well-ventilated area.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Store away from direct sunlight and heat sources, in a well-ventilated place.
